Please note that all issues are sent on the 5th of each month in standard untracked mail. Delivery might take longer during the holidays.

Cancellation policy:

All subscriptions auto-renew. Cancellations, shipping address, and account changes must be made on the customer account or sent to play@piquitas.ca 48 hours before the renewal/billing date for the upcoming issue.

Refunds will not be honored if the cancellation request is submitted after the billing/renewal date.
